			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p style="text-align: justify;">Oracle has released an Early Adopter version of the <a href="http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/application_express/index.html">Application Express</a> -APEX &#8211; Listener. It can be downloaded <a href="http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/database/application_express/html/apex_listener_download.html">here</a>. You can install it on any generic OC4J server although the recommended options are the <a href="http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/middleware/index.html">Oracle Weblogic</a> and <a href="http://tomcat.apache.org/">Apache Tomcat</a> servers. Installation is a snap and whilst it is still not a general release the improvements are fairly a major step forward from the mod_plsql and the embedded PL/Sql Gateway especially with the caching feature greatly speeding up the delivery of dynamic pages.</p>
