It can be downloaded here. You can install it on any generic OC4J server although the recommended options are the Oracle Weblogic and Apache Tomcat servers. Installation is a snap and whilst it is still not a general release the improvements are fairly a major step forward from the mod_plsql and the embedded PL/Sql Gateway especially with the caching feature greatly speeding up the delivery of dynamic pages.
